Shipping policy
At CalmFlower, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. We ship internationally from Spain, including to the United States and other selected countries where our products may legally be sold and delivered. All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Spain. During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be extended.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders shipped to the United States generally arrive within 5–15 business days, deliveries within Europe usually take 3–10 business days, and other international destinations may require 7–20 business days. These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight and dimensions, and selected shipping method. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated during checkout. For international shipments, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise, and the customer is solely responsible for paying any such charges. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with local import laws and regulations in their destination country.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please note that some shipping methods or destinations may not support full tracking updates. CalmFlower is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, customs delays, carrier issues, force majeure events, or failed delivery attempts when the recipient is unavailable. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we reserve the right to charge additional reshipping fees or deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us promptly at calmflower@use.startmail.com so we can investigate and assist you. By placing an order through our store, you agree to this Shipping Policy and acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.
